Mary Bradley has been teaching fitness for over 25 years, with a passion for educating others about how it relates to overall wellness. For 15 years she has focused on pilates, and has been an active certified MELT instructor for 12 years. She brings an open ear and uses her expertise to help you reach your goals with her holistic knowledge of how the body works. When she isn’t working out, she’s drinking decaf coffee, spending time with her family, or trying to find excuses to go to the coast.

Her clients say they’re not sure what is better for them, her fitness coaching or her fabulous sense of humor.

True Care

When I injured my low back about 8 years ago I initially experienced anxiety and feelings of helplessness over if/when I would be able to return to my prior level of activity. Before my injury I was largely clueless about the importance of core strength. Soon after starting Pilates with Mary I realized how much I still had to learn. My progress was slow but steady. Mary was extremely patient in answering my many questions and demonstrating exercises. Most importantly, she was sensitive to my fears of re-injuring myself and worked with me to overcome both physical and mental challenges.   Pilates soon became a big part of my life. I always look forward to the next practice !”

The Power of Pilates

“I recently completed an 8 day cycling trip on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. After climbing Hurricane Ridge another rider told me I had great riding posture. For me that is the power of Pilates! I am extremely grateful to Mary for showing me how and why Pilates can help. Through Mary I have learned that Pilates is an extremely powerful method for building and maintaining flexibility and strength. Pilates also builds resiliency and confidence.”

Strength and Posture

“Mary observed my gait, identified the problem, and tailored a program  to strengthen and rehydrate core muscles. She adapted machine techniques so that I could do them at home without special equipment. She is a patient teacher, good at explaining and demonstrating the "how and why". It is obvious that helping people be more fit is her joy, not just her job. “
